WEIGHT CONTROL AND HEALTHY EATING

Increasingly, people are choosing hypnotherapy to lose weight effectively.

Of course, it is possible to lose weight by going on a restrictive diet.  However, such diets are based on denial and strict attention to what is being eaten.  Whilst this may work in the short-term, it is rarely permanent.  Sooner or later we tend to stop following the diet and revert to the eating habits we enjoyed before.  This will quickly lead to regaining the original weight and sometimes, putting on extra.  Those who have tried such diets may recognise this frustrating cycle.

For most people, over-eating is not merely a habit.  The causes vary, but often it is a response to much deeper emotional issues.  Group hypnosis for weight loss produces disappointing results because it is too general, because it is unable to precisely fit each individual case.

Whilst a superficial habit or a simple self-image issue can sometimes be changed forever in one session, weight loss may require up to 3 initial sessions followed by further regular sessions - every 3 months, for example - for up to a year.  Hypnosis works because it changes your beliefs, it changes how you see yourself and can really help you regain control of this part of your life.
