STOP SMOKING

Hypnosis is an extremely effective therapy for those who want to stop smoking.  And that is the key: you must really want to stop smoking - for yourself.  Now, it's perfectly normal for you to be motivated to want to stop smoking because of concerns about your health, for example, and perhaps for personal and social reasons, but that is not enough.  You must really want to stop smoking for yourself.

Hypnosis helps you access your subconscious mind and reprogram it.  If your subconscious doesn't want to stop smoking, then the suggestions given during hypnosis will be rejected.

Try this simple test.  Pick up a cigarette, hold it in your fingers and look at it.  What do you see?  If you see a good friend, then hypnosis is not going to help you give up your friend.  If, on the other hand, you can honestly say to it - "I don't like you and I don't want you in my life anymore" - then you are ready to become a non-smoker and this mental attitude will enable hypnosis to work with your subconscious mind and change can begin.  The other motivating factors can then lend excellent support to this process.

The good news is that the chances of success are very high.  If you really want to stop smoking for yourself, success usually occurs after just one session.
