EMOTIONAL ISSUES
Many people have recurring emotional issues which significantly affect their relationships with their partner, families or work colleagues. Certain situations provoke inappropriate emotional responses - such as anger, jealousy, hatred or guilt.
Whilst major trauma at any time can leave emotional scars, emotional issues can frequently be tracked way back to early childhood.
During hypnosis we can recognise and understand the sensitivities which result in the old familiar pattern of unwanted behaviour.
Having understood the trigger for that unwanted behaviour, whilst in hypnosis we can reprogram ourselves to change the way we feel and respond.
Generally, most people find major improvements are achieved in just two to four sessions.
